* Chef Ulysses Ratard was born in the French Suburb of Assburg in 1989 and has been a professional chef since 2007. He has won national cooking competitions, earning first prize at The “I can Cook” food festival, second prize at last summers “Burritofest“, and second prize at the French cuisine festival “Fry“. He is known for his innovative recipes, his passion for France’s National dish “French Fries“ , and his low carb but high in protein meals.

This is my recipe for Tuna with Spice, I call it Tuna Supremo! It combines the American salad mixed with the Southwestern spicy flavors:
Tuna
Mayo
Tabasco Sauce
Protein
cucumbers
red onion
Taco
Spicy
Extra Virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of butter
Goya beans
